Karma Tshering Gurung
Karma Tshering Gurung is a photographer based in Kathmandu. He is originally from Manang, Nepal. His work looks at themes of identity, self-expression, and acceptance.
Karma has taken part in several international storytelling programs. In 2019, he joined the International Storytelling Workshop in China. This event was an international exchange program organized by Photo Circle (Nepal), Oslo Metropolitan University (Norway), and Pathshala South Asian Media Academy (Bangladesh). He also completed a Non-Fiction Workshop, another exchange program led by Photo Circle(Nepal), RMIT University (Australia), and Pathshala South Asian Media Academy (Bangladesh)His work has been published in PIX: Nepal Issue and has been exhibited at the Goethe Institute (Mumbai) and Taragaon Museum (Nepal).
He has been Actively been part of Photo Kathmandu.
He runs a Creatoons Prodcuction Media company based in Kathmandu .
